THE PROJECT : This property was a renovation project that we were brought in to help with from start to finish. We consulted with overall vision that would speak to the target market since it was going to be for sale. From there, we moved forward with selections and improvements to floor, paint, light fixtures, exterior improvements like adding shutters and painting the deck, and much more. This house looks totally different from when we started and with a small investment by the owner, it resulted in a big win for them in the sale! The house was staged to reach a younger demographic, likely a first time home buyer. The open layout makes it great for entertaining but we wanted to make sure that the open space didn’t confuse people on how to use it. With multiple offers and a quick sale, this house was a case study success on the value our recommendations make in helping our clients achieve top dollar in record time!

THE PROJECT : This house was a little dated on the interior, but the location was one of a kind, and we really wanted to stage the home to show it’s potential - because it could be - AMAZING!! The homeowner had already put a lot of money into it over the past year with repairs and basic things and they weren’t wiling to do any more, so we were working with what we had. It was a neutral palette, which was great. Our goal was to make it feel a mix of modern farmhouse, coastal chic and also providing a layout that made use of the space and fixed focal points.
